Who I am

I’m a London-based fine artist. My practice is rooted in classical figurative training, but I’m also interested in how storytelling and visual narratives can fit into contemporary art.

I studied for two years in a classical Russian atelier before moving to the UK, where I completed another two years of intensive training at London Fine Art Studios. During my studies, I was awarded the De Laszlo Scholarship for three terms.

Originally from Russia and now living in the UK, I often draw on my personal experiences in my work. Themes such as displacement, memory, and identity appear naturally, as do elements of folklore that I grew up with.

My focus remains on figurative work, especially pieces that have a narrative element.

I also teach at London Fine Art Studios and offer private tutoring.
